Partners for the Data Strategy

The Data Service team will lead the delivery of the Data Strategy, but its success will involve support from several partners.

The Secretariat, IT Assurance and Strategy and Planning will provide support as part of their existing remit. Other teams will also contribute to the Strategy’s success. IT Support will establish access to data storage and connect to data sources. Business Change will manage external resourcing and delivery partners. These contributions could be funded through a recharge model, as adopted by IT, or through the creation of a central Data Service budget to support change.
